I use a Rovner C-3M ( I think the model is) on an Otto Link Super Tone Master and it works better than the original Super Tone Master ligature. anyone got any ideas? but buy them from this site, they have the cheapest prices
Find great deals on eBay for otto link ligature and otto link tone master. Check It Out $165.00. I think problem with the original ligature is the plate being a fixed curved design it won't fit all the different profiles of different brands of reeds whereas the Rovner made of a flexible material fits the reeds better. umm... what are you flipping out about? It deadens your sound. try them both if you can, those would be the best for you, unless they offer a vandoren optimum that would fit that mp.
