Only thing I feel it is missing is the ‘anti roll out’ edge on the mattress so the edge collapses when you sit on the side of your bed.

Perfectly firm, perfect support and great sleep! Some nights I woke up several times throughout the night in pain and struggled to get back to sleep again. Plus, with a 120-night trial and the whole Koala adoption thing, it's kind of a no brainer to at least give it a go. It has been amazing, he absolutely loves it and his sleep has continued. The mattress did have quite a strong smell for the first few days which is still lingering a little almost 2 weeks later.Bought a mattress for a similar price a few months ago. I do not believe that it is a warranty problem , the foam mattresses are just not made to last more than the trial period.

Koala do have a 10 or 15 year warranty against "visible" sagging, again I'm not sure how this would appear on PU foam, Im hoping it doesn't sag on the inside and appear fine from the outside. Chemical smell has stayed for several days but seems to be improving now.Fast easy delivery, very comfortable. They also say you can dust it with baking soda, which I didn’t do but hot tip for ya.Now, a month later, the smell is pretty much gone. It has a famed 4-hour delivery, but the reality of this is that I ordered it at lunchtime at work, and it was at home when I walked in the door.
